TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR StarPOINTS

By joining the StarPOINTS rewards program, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
StarPOINTS Rewards Program
To be eligible for the StarPOINTS rewards program, customers must be registered as StarWALLET account members. Customers can register for StarWALLET, here.
StarWORKS Global’s StarPOINTS rewards program is FREE of charge.
There is no minimum purchase needed to earn StarPOINTS.
Customers may receive up to 7% cashback of total bills (before tax and service charge) in the form of StarXP points for transactions of food and beverages in Rosalita’s Cantina and other StarWORKS Global ecosystems.
StarPOINTS rewards program can only be used by the rightful owner whose name is registered on the account according to the Identification Card (KTP) during KYC registration.
Each customer is only entitled to one StarWALLET account. StarWORKS Global and Rosalita’s Cantina have the right to refuse, merge, and/or close any suspended account at any time.
Registered members can log in to the StarWALLET account to check their reward points, transaction history, transfer, and even buy and receive various digital assets.
StarWORKS Global and Rosalita’s Cantina may use your personal information for sending marketing, promotion, customer-based marketing research, accounting reports, and other purposes related to the StarPOINTS rewards program. For further information, please read our Privacy Policy.
StarWORKS Global and Rosalita’s Cantina have the right to discontinue or cancel the rewards program at any time, upon written notice and publication on our websites and social media.
StarPOINTS will follow the exchange rate on StarMEX. Every 1 StarXP point is worth $1 with a fixed rate of IDR 15.000.
Rewards Points
For every dine-in and takeaway transaction at Rosalita’s Cantina, members will receive up to 7% cashback on total bills (before tax and service charge) in the form of StarXP points.
In order to receive StarPOINTS, customers must present their Member ID and/or QR Code from the StarWALLET app to the cashier. If customers cannot show their Member ID and/or QR Code, they are ineligible to earn StarXP points.
Customers may redeem their StarPOINTS for food and beverages at Rosalita’s Cantina and other merchants under the StarWORKS Global ecosystem. StarXP points will be deducted after any successful transactions.

The points do NOT have an expiration date, unless the member is no longer participating in the StarPOINTS rewards program. Upon termination, all points and rewards that are already issued will be cancelled.
Our terms and conditions, StarPOINTS rewards program, and other subjects related to the program may change with or without notice. The customer is responsible for checking the rewards program update regularly.
